Product & Pricing

Stock & Price Changes: Babui reserves the right to change product prices, availability, stock, offers, or other product information at any time without prior notice.
Correction of Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, or system error, Babui reserves the right to correct the price, inform the customer of the revised price, or cancel the order.
Orders & Payments
Order Confirmation: After an order is submitted through our website, social media pages, or inbox, a representative from Babui may contact you by phone or message to verify and confirm the order.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online/mobile banking and card payments, including bKash and Nagad, subject to availability.
Right to Cancel an Order: Babui reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, suspected fraudulent activity, security concerns, or any other reasonable operational issue.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time: After an order has been confirmed, we generally aim to deliver the parcel within the estimated timeframe based on normal operating conditions:
- Inside Dhaka: Approximately 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: Approximately 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Courier & Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe due to natural disasters, adverse weather, political situations, public holidays, courier-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Babui will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Accurate Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other necessary information. Babui will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery-related issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials associated with Babui, including but not limited to our logo, brand name, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, product descriptions, website design, and other visual or creative elements, are the property of Babui or are used with appropriate authorization.
Without prior written permission from Babui, you may not copy, reproduce, re-upload, modify, distribute, publish, or use any of our images, videos, text, graphics, or other content for personal business or commercial purposes.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action where applicable under relevant laws.
Limitation of Liability
We make every reasonable effort to maintain the quality, comfort, and safety of our products. However, individual children may have different skin sensitivities or reactions. In rare cases, an unexpected reaction or issue may occur due to individual sensitivity, and Babui shall not be held responsible for such circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Babui will also not be responsible for damage to a product resulting from improper washing, cleaning, handling, storage, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
Furthermore, Babui shall not be responsible for order-related issues caused by the customer’s device, browser, internet connection, payment service, or other technical problems beyond our control.
